Title Change...

A couple of research I conducted a survey about the prospective title of my magazine, of which the top results were 'Exhibit' or 'Screen'. I liked both of these names and intended to use one of these as my final idea, however after looking more closely at magazine layout and design, I decided that it was important for me to have a longer title to fit across the whole of my header, and really make a bold aesthetic statement. I have therefore chosen to combine this with the most popular name from my survey, 'Exhibit', so as not to completely disregard my prior research but to decide on a name I am happy with. My magazine will now be entitled 'Exhibit Film' which I feel is an apporpriate and interesting title for my publication. using the work film immediately singles out the genre and backs up the images and text that will appear also on the cover.

Above are a few examples of fonts I have looked at for the title of my magazine. I have chosen the red colour because it appeals to both genders, all ages and can relate to most genres of film eg. Horror (like our movie that would feature on this issue) with connotations of blood and alternatively Romance etc with the theme of love.
